ISKA Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing any membership. By subscribing to a Gold, Silver or Bronze membership, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. Definitions

  • "Provider", "we", "us", "our": Iska Recovery.

  • "Member", "you", "your": The individual or entity purchasing and using a membership.

  • "Session": A single booking slot for our services.

  • "Membership Period": Four consecutive weeks from the date of purchase or renewal.

 

2. Membership Plans & Fees

Sessions Entitlement

Gold £276 | 3 sessions per week

Silver £108 | 1 session per week

Bronze £64 | 2 sessions per month (≈0.5 per week)

3. Billing & Payment

  • Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis for the upcoming Membership Period.

  • Auto‑renewal: Unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5, memberships will automatically renew at the end of each period at the then‑current price.

  • Accepted payment methods: All payments are processed via Stripe through Wix. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Link by Stripe

  • Additional local methods (e.g., Bancontact, iDEAL) may be available depending on your location.

4. Usage & Entitlements

  • Entitlements reset at the start of each Membership Period.

  • No carry‑over: Unused sessions expire at the end of the period.

  • Sessions must be booked through our online system in advance.

5. Cancellation, Downgrade & Upgrade

  • You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect immediately and automatically prevents renewal. No refunds will be issued for the current period.

  • Downgrades or upgrades take effect at the start of the next Membership Period.

6. Booking Policies & Member Conduct

  • Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next booking.

  • No‑show / Short‑notice cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules within 5 hours of a booked session are not permitted and will count against your entitlement.

  • Members must sign our liability waiver before attending any session.

  • Members agree to abide by our Code of Conduct found here.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for personal injury or loss arising from use of our services.

  • Members must sign a waiver acknowledging assumption of risk and release of liability prior to participation.

9. Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to change membership pricing or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time; changes will apply at the next renewal.

  • We may suspend or terminate a membership at our discretion for breach of these terms, including any misconduct.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
