From passion to purpose

ISKA Recovery was born from necessity. As a weekend runner and an amateur rugby player, founder Dan, experienced first hand the benefits of hot and cold therapy for recovery. When he searched for high-quality facilities in Bath City, he couldn't find what was required - premium equipment at an affordable price. In April 2025, he launched ISKA Recovery - a portable recovery space designed not just for himself but for the wider community. ISKA is championing stronger bodies, sharper minds, and a more resilient community through the power of controlled discomfort.
